Shaved
Less is sometimes more, as this hair style really highlights your face shape and features your options are endless. Focus on arm detail as all detail is exposed with a shaved/bald head, so make the most of it. Metallic styles and bright colours will inject some energy into your style however stay away from circular, John Lennon-esque styles. Two rounds don't make a right!
Short
Short hair has found its feet in the spotlight again, enhancing the ‘boyfriend's wardrobe’ trend, for that tough but vulnerable look. With less hair to contend with, you can go for it when it comes to frame shapes. Use intricate cut-out detailing and flamboyant shapes to contrast with short hair styles. Short hairstyles are best suited for showing off your frames so the bolder the better.
Fringe
Fringes teamed with frames can make for a fabulous style; just make sure to keep the length above your glasses for a well kept look. Bangs go best with light frames so avoid glasses that are too large or frames that are very heavy looking or dark unless you are trying to create a statement look. Keep your fringe well maintained so that it does not interfere with the shape your glasses create.
Mid-Length
Mid-length hair styles can experiment with bold designs and decorative styles. This cut can carry angular frames which will reflect the shape or oval frames which will soften the shape. Strong shapes will contrast well with a softer, more 'organic' hair style. Whilst cat-eyed and 70’s inspired frames look great when hair is short, sharp and blunt.
Curly
Delicate shapes can enhance soft & curly hair, rimless frames and translucent colours will look good too. Tight curls look best with small frames, which follow the brow line. Detailed arms can get lost in your lushious curls, so keep all the action at the front of the frame. Strong graphic prints and colours look stunning against dark curls. Red, silver and gold acetates are especially striking.
Long
Lusciously long hair holds so many options and looks. Go for Aviators and oversized frames with a strong outer edge shape as this'll prevent your hair from swathing your face too much. For a groomed look go for solid squares and ovals in classic colours. Embellished arms will ensure a premium look of perfection and poker straight tresses should be accessorised with detailed arms.
